Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Mauren. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Set up new computers and install necessary software
- Maintain computer systems by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment or parts as needed
- Document all support activities in detail for future reference

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- No previous experience required
- Must have a basic understanding of computer hardware and software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to obtain own visa for employment in Mauren
