Job Title: IT Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and backups are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Oversee system upgrades, installations, and maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must be able to work well under pressure
