Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include conducting site visits, creating detailed drawings and blueprints, and overseeing construction processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong understanding of industrial building design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Conduct site visits to gather information about existing structures or potential construction sites
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Monitor construction processes on-site to ensure they align with the design plans
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, regulations, and standards related to industrial building design

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Svalbard (own visa required)
