We are hiring a skilled Gardener to maintain and improve our outdoor spaces in Dar Kulaib. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing various plants and trees to ensure they thrive in our climate. You will also be in charge of maintaining the overall appearance of our gardens and lawns.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of different plant species and their specific care requirements. You must also have experience using gardening tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and shovels.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and maintaining various plants and trees
- Maintaining the overall appearance of gardens and lawns
- Identifying and addressing any issues or diseases that may affect plants
- Operating gardening tools and equipment safely
- Keeping track of inventory for gardening supplies
- Communicating with clients to understand their preferences for their outdoor spaces

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and different species
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit to handle manual labor
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills

Preferred:
- Biometric passport
- Experience working with biodegradable materials
- Prior experience working with women
