Contract Office Manager (Visa Sponsorship Available)
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Contract Office Manager to join our team in the United States. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our office. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
- Oversee reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed by management
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this role is $1300 per month.
