Location: Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial building projects
- Develop design concepts and create detailed plans for construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet all necessary codes and regulations
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, including cost estimates and timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, building materials, and technology advancements to incorporate into designs
- Manage project budgets and schedules

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
