Junior Facade Technician


We are seeking a Junior Facade Technician to join our team in La-Condamine. As a leading facade company, we specialize in designing, constructing and maintaining building facades. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for the facade industry. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians with installation and maintenance of building facades
- Learn and apply knowledge of different materials and techniques used in facade construction
- Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Inspect and troubleshoot existing facades to identify any issues or potential risks
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training or certification in facade construction preferred
- Previous experience in construction or related field is an asset but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials as needed
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1700 per month, with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Location:
This role is based in La-Condamine but may require travel to different job sites within the city. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in La-Condamine.
