Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will be working in Isa Town, Bahrain and will receive a salary of 1400$ per month, with accommodation provided. This is an urgent job opportunity.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Mason
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid work permit or residency in Bahrain preferred

Responsibilities:
- Supervise masons on construction sites, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and deadlines
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve their skills
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Estimate materials needed for each project and maintain inventory levels
- Inspect work done by masons to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues or conflicts that may arise on site
- Follow safety protocols at all times and ensure that masons are also following safety guidelines
