Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates and visa sponsorship may be available. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Russian (required) and English (preferred)
- Knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp

Responsibilities:
- Manage all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the final product
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan
- Review project designs for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to architecture
