Head Baker



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at our bakery in Washington. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery's operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of bakers to ensure efficient and high-quality production of baked goods
- Create and implement new recipes and products to expand the bakery's offerings
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards for taste, appearance, and quality
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that ingredients are always available
- Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor production costs to maximize profitability

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a baker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to create delicious and visually appealing baked goods that meet customer expectations
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and practices

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Washington. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
