Contract Architectural Technologist - Funchal, Portugal


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist for a contract position in Funchal, Portugal. This role will be responsible for working with our team to develop and implement architectural plans and designs for various projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience and knowledge in architectural design and technology, as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This is a contract position with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement architectural plans and designs
- Utilize your knowledge of architectural design and technology to create innovative solutions
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications for construction projects
- Review building codes, bylaws, space requirements, site constraints, and other technical documents
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards throughout the design process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, materials, construction methods, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship for Portugal

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1000$ per month.
