Data Analytics Specialist - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Ufa on a contract basis. This position is open to Indian nationals and offers visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data models and visualizations to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, Python/R, statistical methods, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a simple manner
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
