Skilled Handyman

Our company is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Lisbon. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, appliances, and other equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Create and maintain records of completed work orders
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service
- Follow all safety procedures while on the job

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Own visa or legal right to work in Lisbon
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
