IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining our systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals. This is a full-time position with no English language requirements. Indian candidates are preferred but not required. Salary is 1600$ per month.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support over the phone, via email, or in person to clients experiencing hardware or software issues
- Troubleshoot computer system problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other related equipment
- Keep track of all technical inquiries in a ticketing system for documentation purposes
- Collaborate with other team members on complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is preferred but not required
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
