Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating maps of land boundaries, elevations, and features using various instruments and techniques. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to gather data and ensure accurate measurements for projects. This position requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to work in various outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, elevations, and other relevant information
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create maps and drawings
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to determine project needs
- Ensure accuracy of measurements by cross-checking data and making necessary adjustments
- Keep detailed records of survey data, including notes, sketches, and photographs
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in outdoor environments
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates and changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a land surveyor or related role is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurement calculations
- Proficient in the use of surveying instruments and CAD software
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients

Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Chelyabinsk (candidates from other areas will be considered)
Nationality: Pakistani (candidates from other nationalities will also be considered)
English proficiency not required but considered a plus
