Experienced Painter - Contract Position with Accommodation in Los Angeles



We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of residential and commercial buildings. This position is open to all nationalities, however, accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Protect surrounding areas from paint by covering them with drop cloths or tape
- Ensure a clean and tidy work area at all times
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment while working

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential and commercial settings
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must have own transportation

Salary:
As an experienced Painter, you will receive a salary of $1700 per month.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. However, there is potential for extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract period.
