We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and furniture. You will also be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, choosing the appropriate materials and colors, and ensuring a high-quality finish.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and washing with appropriate cleaning solutions
- Choose the correct materials and colors for each project
- Paint surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Apply wallpaper or other decorative finishes as needed
- Ensure a smooth and even finish without drips or streaks
- Repair any damages or imperfections before painting
- Follow safety guidelines at all times while handling tools and materials
- Clean up work area after completing the job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in both residential and commercial settings
- Proficient in using various painting tools and equipment
- Knowledge of color theory and mixing paints to achieve desired shades
- Ability to prepare surfaces properly for painting
- Attention to detail with an eye for perfection
- Good physical stamina as this job requires standing for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to complete projects within deadlines
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month
