Merchandiser for International Retail Company in Ar Rumaythiyah, Egypt

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the planning, ordering, and distribution of products for our international retail company. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our stores are stocked with the right products at the right time to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with buyers and suppliers to plan and order products based on sales forecasts and market trends
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to avoid overstocking or stock shortages
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment changes or promotions
- Ensure that all stores have the correct product mix based on customer demographics and preferences
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to stores
- Conduct regular store visits to check product displays, pricing, and availability
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create appealing product displays that drive sales
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within Egypt for store visits
