Formworker - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are in need of skilled Formworkers to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling molds and framework used in concrete construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, accommodation provided, and free visa and ticket for Indian candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to determine the layout and dimensions of formwork
- Measure, cut, drill, and shape wood or metal materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork using hand or power tools
- Install reinforcing bars or mesh inside the formwork
- Pour concrete into the formwork and smooth surface using trowels or screeds
- Remove formwork after concrete has cured
- Inspect completed structures for defects or imperfections

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physical strength and stamina to work in demanding environments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in carpentry or formworking
- Experience working with different types of formwork systems
- Good communication skills
