Formwork Specialist


We are a leading construction company based in Vilnius and we are seeking a skilled Formwork Specialist to join our team. As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and dismantling formwork structures on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine formwork dimensions and materials needed
- Measure, cut and shape wooden or metal form materials according to specifications
- Install, align and secure formwork structures using hand tools, clamps, and screws
- Pour concrete into forms to create foundations, floors, walls or other structures
- Check forms for proper alignment and levelness
- Dismantle forms after concrete has set and remove debris from work area
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and taking accurate measurements
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems such as timber, steel, aluminum, etc.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.
