Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish. Your role will involve working closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, goals, and timelines in collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure accountability
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and work proactively to address them
- Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Prepare reports on project progress, budget, and other key metrics for management review
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses, making cost-saving decisions when necessary, and obtaining necessary approvals for budget changes
- Facilitate communication between different teams or departments involved in the project
- Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible by relevant parties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (accommodation may be provided)
