Project Manager - Nepal

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with team members, clients and other stakeholders
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Prepare reports for management on project status and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in project management software such as MS Project or Asana
