Electrical Engineer - Process Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly-skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in process control to join our team in Bergen. As an Electrical Engineer - Process Control Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for our industrial processes. Your role will involve working closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure the efficient operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain control systems for industrial processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems
- Work closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure process efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Develop and implement safety protocols for all electrical systems and equipment
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process control technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process control or a similar role
- Proficient in PLC programming and HMI design
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and industrial automation
- Experience with industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent English communication skills

Salary: 1800 USD/month

Location: This position is based in Bergen, Norway.
