Job Title: Waiter/Waitress at a High-End Restaurant in Al-Malikiyah


We are seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the beautiful city of Al-Malikiyah. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Address any issues or complaints from guests with professionalism and resolve them promptly
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings, is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
