Indian Concierge in Al-Rayyan

We are in need of a detail-oriented and customer-focused Indian Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with valid residence permit or transferable visa
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation. This is a contract job without the requirement of prior experience. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
