Job Title: Concierge Assistant
As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests of a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. You will assist the Concierge with various tasks such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing local recommendations and information. This role requires fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with guests from all nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide a warm welcome and offer assistance with luggage, directions, and any other needs
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, events, etc. as requested by guests
- Provide insider knowledge on local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and amenities to answer guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping department for room requests or special arrangements
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, distributing mail, etc.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Compensation:
This is a temporary position paying 900$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company along with a free visa and ticket for Indian nationals.
