We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating detailed plans for building projects, ensuring they meet safety and legal regulations. You will also oversee the work of junior technologists and collaborate with architects to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create detailed architectural plans using CAD software
- Ensure all plans comply with safety and legal regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project designs
- Oversee the work of junior technologists and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments to plans
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and schedules

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month plus benefits. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work in Jerusalem. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates.
