We are hiring an Entry-Level Gardener to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and landscapes of our clients' properties. This is an ideal position for someone who has a passion for gardening and is looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to design plans
- Water and fertilize plants as needed
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Remove weeds and other unwanted plants from gardens
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues
- Clean up garden beds by removing dead plants and debris
- Operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures while working on job sites

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; we will provide training on the job
- Passion for gardening and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects, digging, and kneeling for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Knowledge of different types of plants, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases is a plus
- Own transportation to travel between job sites within Sheduva
