Job Title: ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate ESL Teacher to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans for students of all ages and levels. You will also be responsible for assessing students' language proficiency and providing feedback to help them improve.

Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver interactive lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to engage students and promote language development
- Assess students' language proficiency and provide individualized feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and materials
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents or guardians as needed
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification preferred
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and working with diverse populations
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles based on student needs
- Experience working with non-native English speakers is a plus
