Restaurant Manager (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional service and quality to our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include managing staff, maintaining inventory, creating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar position. You must also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in hospitality or business management is preferred.
