Administrator for Indian Company in Remish
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our Indian company in Remish. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including administrative tasks, office management, and coordinating with various departments. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and office operations
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the company
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients or partners
- Manage schedules and appointments for senior management
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee records maintenance
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of any additional languages is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indian culture and business practices preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
Location:
This job is located in Remish, therefore we prefer candidates who are willing to relocate or already reside there.
