We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful completion of projects within the given timeframe and budget. This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Provide guidance and support to team members

- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Identify any issues or challenges that may arise during projects and find solutions
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or as a team lead
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within given timeframes and budgets
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
