Teamlead for International Consulting Firm

Our international consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants and ensuring the successful execution of projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions for clients
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in consulting or project management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working with international clients is preferred but not required
