Seasonal Barista in St. Petersburg, Canada


We are seeking a seasonal Barista to join our team in St. Petersburg, Canada. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to make drinks
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient service and high-quality products
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our menu items to customers
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a biometric passport (Canadian citizenship or permanent residency preferred)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food industry is an asset but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Salary:
$1600/month
