As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our factory in Bungoma. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production. You will also be responsible for conducting quality checks on products, troubleshooting issues with the machines, and following safety procedures at all times. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience operating machinery is preferred but not required as on-the-job training will be provided.
