Job Title: Factory Machine Operator (Malayalees and Nepali)

We are seeking experienced Factory Machine Operators to join our team in Bungoma. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery in the factory to ensure production goals are met. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery according to production schedules
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues with machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
