Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Nakuru. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include creating project timelines, coordinating resources and materials, monitoring progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management and possess strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1,400 per month. Accommodation may be provided if needed.
