Call center representative
Call Center Representative - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Providing information about products and services to customers
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets set by the company
