Call Center Representative
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or inquiries that customers may have. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining customer records.
You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in English is required, but fluency in other languages such as French would be an asset.
This is a full-time position, with working hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The salary for this role is $1400 per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
