Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Al-Kuwait. Your main duty will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and other professionals to plan and coordinate project activities, as well as monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the city of Al-Kuwait. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively managing project teams and stakeholders. You should also have a thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Select contractors and subcontractors based on bids and qualifications
- Oversee the work of contractors to ensure they adhere to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
