Restaurant Manager
We are a high-end restaurant located in Muscat, seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments, such as kitchen, bar, and front of house
- Hire and train staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Create schedules for employees and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with chefs to develop menus and specials
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
