Waiter/Waitress


A well-established restaurant in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking orders and serving food and beverages. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the food industry, has exceptional communication skills, and can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Present menus and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues or concerns
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress (experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with the ability to accurately take orders
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1800 per month plus tips.
Location: Atlanta, USA (Indian nationals preferred)
Employment type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
