Waiter/Waitress for Malayalees in Atlanta


We are seeking a friendly and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Atlanta. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before seating new guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints
- Collect payments from customers and process them accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Malayalam language is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1300/month (plus tips)
Location: Atlanta, US (without accommodation)
