Bilingual Handyman in Atlanta


We are hiring a skilled and bilingual (Malayalee/Canadian) Handyman to join our team in Atlanta. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks. Your fluency in English and either Malayalee or Canadian will be essential in communicating with our diverse team and ensuring efficient completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing minor plumbing issues, and fixing electrical outlets.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take necessary actions to prevent them.
- Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and schedule work orders.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English is required along with proficiency in either Malayalee or Canadian language.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team environment.

Salary:
