Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and enticing menus that reflect the restaurant's concept

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Train new kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and standards
- Collaborate with management to control food costs and maintain budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Creativity in developing new menu items while also maintaining consistency in existing dishes
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
