A reputable wedding planning company located in Medina is seeking a skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you will have a passion for creating memorable and seamless weddings for our clients. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize weddings from start to finish, including budget management, venue selection, vendor coordination, guest list management, and timeline creation.
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and provide recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage all aspects of the event planning process.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes.
- Coordinate with other event staff on the day of the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Stay updated on current trends in the wedding industry and incorporate them into events when appropriate.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in wedding planning or event coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required.
