Machine Learning Engineer

A dynamic and innovative company in Siauliai is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will also be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our models. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science, statistics, or a related field and experience with programming languages such as Python or R. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions using machine learning techniques
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve our products and processes
- Conduct data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare data for analysis
- Utilize programming languages such as Python or R to build predictive models
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy models into production environments
- Continuously monitor model performance and make improvements as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments in machine learning techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning or data science role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with SQL databases for data manipulation and extraction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about complex problems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Keras or TensorFlow
- Experience deploying models into production environments
