Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager (Gujrat, India)
We are seeking a driven and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting our hotel services, and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies. This position is suitable for men with at least 2 years of experience in hotel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking and cold calling
- Promote our hotel services to corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
- Negotiate and close deals to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery for clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate will be required to work an average of 20 hours per week, including weekends.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month based on experience and performance.
