We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist in construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job specifications and safety regulations
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Complete daily reports and document any equipment issues or incidents
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian with legal permission to work in Lithuania
- No previous experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English or Lithuanian is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Must be willing to live in provided accommodation if needed
