Sales Manager - Indian Nationals Only

We are a fast-growing company in Las Vegas and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, building relationships with current and new customers, and managing the sales team.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Las Vegas
- Salary is $1300 per month
- Part-time position (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with current and new customers
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and training when needed
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
